Your account

• You need an account to order. Give accurate details and keep your password to yourself.
• Business accounts are activated after we review them; trade prices are available only to approved business accounts.
• We may suspend an account that is misused.

Prices and orders

• Prices are in Georgian lari (GEL) and include the taxes the law requires.
• An order is accepted once payment is confirmed; you'll receive a confirmation by email.
• If an item turns out to be out of stock or was listed at an obviously wrong price, we'll contact you and, if you wish, refund you in full.
• A quote is not binding until we confirm it in writing.

Payment

• Online payment is by bank card, on the payment provider's secure page.
• Business customers can pay by invoice, via bank transfer.

Products and safety

• Product pages show standards and protection classes as given by the manufacturer.
• Choosing the right protective equipment for a hazard, and using it according to the manufacturer's instructions, is the responsibility of the user or employer. Need help choosing? Contact us.
• Photos are illustrative; colours can look slightly different on screen.

Liability

We are liable to the extent the law makes us liable. Nothing in these terms limits the rights Georgian law gives consumers.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. We'll try to settle any dispute by agreement first; otherwise it goes to the courts of Georgia.

Changes

We may update these terms; an order is governed by the version in force when it was placed.
