Delivery & returns

Delivery

  • Tbilisi: 1–2 working days.
  • Regions: 2–4 working days.
  • Cost: 10,00 GEL. Free on orders of 200,00 GEL or more.
  • Times count from order confirmation; you can follow the order in your account.
  • You're also welcome at our store: 8 Simon Kandelaki Street, 0160 Tbilisi, Georgia, Monday–Friday 09:00–18:00.

Returns

  • You can return an item within 14 days of delivery if it is unused, in its original packaging and with its tags on.
  • To start a return, call or email us with your order number.
  • Bring the item to our store or send it to us. If you simply changed your mind, the cost of sending it back is yours.
  • We refund to the original payment method within 10 working days of receiving the item.

Items that can't be returned once opened

  • Respirators and masks
  • Earplugs
  • Personalised items (logo printing, custom orders)
  • Medical clothing and footwear

Damaged or wrong item

  • If an item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible. We replace it or refund in full, and we cover the delivery both ways.
